Foyarr began with a simple observation: insight doesn't change how you act. Practice does. Most wellbeing content offers more information. We wanted to build something that offers repetition instead — short, guided sessions you return to, until the response they're training becomes the one that's already there.
That's the whole method. Notice what's happening. Create a small gap. Choose, rather than react. Return to it again tomorrow. Nothing here is trying to transform you overnight. It's trying to be useful the fortieth time, not just the first.
The name comes from somewhere real. Foyarr is a townland in County Armagh — small, on record for generations, where one of our founders spent Sundays as a child.
It wasn't chosen as an idea. It was a place first, and the feeling it left behind — that time moved differently there, that silence didn't need filling — became the starting point for what this is.

We're not asking you to believe in a philosophy. We're asking you to try five minutes, and see what's still there the second time.
